As I experience more life I learn everyday how the nuances of being a black woman in today's society requires additional skills to embrace wellness. Whether it is representation, implicit bias, limited access, or lack of knowledge there have been many barriers in my journey of wellness and I am determined to change that for the people facing similar barriers through this initiative.

My journey in embracing holistic wellness started in my thirties, but really kickstarted after reaching my forties.  It’s an ongoing process that’s often challenging as a woman of color due to lack of information, access to resources and stigmatizing.  I am committed to help every age group, from children to seniors live a more holistically balanced lifestyle.
